Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email address, mobile number, delivery address (including PIN code, city and state) and what you ordered.
• Payment status: whether a payment succeeded, the amount and PayU's reference number. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or bank login. Those are entered on PayU's own secure page.
• Technical data: basic device and browser information and pages viewed, used to keep the site working and to understand what to improve.
• Optional: your mobile number if you ask to be notified when a sold-out item returns, and your WhatsApp preference if you tick it at checkout.

Why we use it

• To take your order, process payment, prepare and deliver it, and send order and shipping updates (legal basis: fulfilling your order).
• To answer your questions and handle returns, replacements and refunds.
• To keep the site secure and to prevent fraud and misuse.
• To meet tax, accounting and legal obligations.
• To send WhatsApp updates or restock alerts only if you asked for them. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers needed to complete your order, and only the data they need:

• PayU, our payment gateway, to process your payment.
• Our fulfilment and delivery partners, who receive your name, phone, email and delivery address so they can prepare and deliver your order, including the courier companies they use.
• Our website hosting, email and messaging providers, who process data on our instructions.
• Government or legal authorities, when the law requires it.

These providers have their own privacy policies for the data they handle.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Other data (for example a restock alert number) is deleted when it is no longer needed, or when you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you, correct or complete it, erase it (subject to legal record-keeping duties), withdraw consent you gave, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies and similar storage

The site stores a few things in your own browser: your cart, saved items, recently viewed products and your last PIN code. This stays on your device. We also measure how the site is used, anonymously: which pages and sections are seen, where taps happen, how far people scroll and how long they stay, and the order of those steps in a visit so we can replay it on our own admin page. This is tied to a random code stored in your browser, never to your name, phone number, address, anything you type, or your IP address, and order links and payment details are never recorded. When you place an order we note, with that order, which site you arrived from, the first page you saw and whether you used a phone or a computer, so we know what brings customers to us; this is not linked to your visit record or its replay, and nothing is noted if you have turned analytics off. Visits are kept for 60 days. If you start checking out but do not finish, we may send you one email, to the address you typed, with a link to pick up where you left off; we send at most one such email per checkout and the details of an unpaid checkout are deleted after 30 days. You can turn this off with the 'Turn off' button at the bottom of any page, or with your browser's Do Not Track setting.

Children

This store is for adults. If you are under 18, please order with a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children without a parent's consent.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, payments happen on PayU's secure pages, and access to order data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so we also ask you to keep your own devices and email safe. If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
