Quick answers about 3rdEra tees and caps. Full details are in the shipping and returns policies.
How long does delivery take?
Your order is prepared and dispatched within 2–4 working days, then takes 3–7 working days to reach you, so about 5–10 working days in total. Orders ship within 7 days of payment, and you get tracking once it ships. Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in India.
Can I return or exchange a tee or cap?
Yes. You have 7 days from delivery to return or exchange an unused item with its tags and original packaging. If the size does not fit you can exchange it for another size within the same 7 days. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days and we replace them or refund you. Sale items and free-product offers are not eligible unless defective or damaged.
When do I get my refund?
When we receive and inspect your return and approve it, the refund is processed within 7 days, to your original payment method or to your UPI ID. A cancelled prepaid order is refunded in full.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel until the order has been dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp +91 6367621909 or Instagram @3rdera.in with your order number as early as possible. After dispatch you can use the 7-day return policy instead.
Is cash on delivery available?
No. We take online payments only: UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets, processed securely by PayU.
Do you deliver outside India?
Not yet. We deliver within India only for now. If you are outside India, message us on WhatsApp and we will see what we can do.
How do I track my order?
Use Track order in the footer of the website with your order number and the mobile number you used at checkout. We also email the tracking details once your parcel ships.
What are the tees made of, and how do they fit?
Our tees are oversized with a drop-shoulder fit, in 240 GSM, 100% cotton (direct dyed), pre-shrunk, bio-washed and super-combed. Take your usual size for the intended boxy fit, or size down one for a closer fit. The size guide below gives garment measurements in inches.
Which size should I order?
Measure the fullest part of your chest, under the arms, and compare it with the chest column of the size guide. Measurements are of the garment laid flat, with a tolerance of about 0.5 inch.
How do I wash a tee with a design on it?
Turn it inside out, wash cold and hang dry. Avoid direct ironing on the design.
